Answers before you request an offer.

Practical answers about equipment, written terms, logistics and data responsibilities.

Offers, pickup, and data handling

What equipment do you buy?

Our purchase focus is enterprise servers, memory, processors, GPUs, networking and storage. Include other project material for evaluation. Acceptance requires a confirmed route, with any charges and exclusions agreed before transfer.

Is our lot too small?

Send the equipment list or photos for review. Eligibility depends on the hardware, location, access and project economics. There is no universal pickup or minimum-quantity promise.

Can we send a mixed or incomplete inventory?

Yes. Start with the models, approximate quantities and condition you know, or clear label and rack photos. Leave unknown details blank. Mixed material is evaluated separately and may have charges or be excluded.

How do you price an offer?

Exact model, configuration, quantity, condition and demand affect the case-specific purchase amount. The preliminary offer separates purchase value and project charges, shows the net result, and identifies verification assumptions. There is no fixed payout percentage.

Who can approve the sale or disposal?

The equipment owner or an authorized representative must approve the transfer. Disclose leases, liens, ownership restrictions and organizational disposal requirements. An MSP should identify the asset owner and authorized signatory. Submitting an inquiry is not acceptance of a sale.

Will we get paid, break even, or owe a fee?

It depends on the equipment and the rest of the project. The offer shows purchase value, any project charges, and the net amount before you decide.

What if the equipment does not match the list?

We document the difference and review it with you. If the amount needs to change, you approve the revised offer first. There are no silent price changes.

How quickly do you respond, pick up, and pay?

The written terms set response, logistics and settlement timing for your project. Payment follows asset verification and any required approval of a revised offer. Sending an inquiry does not guarantee a completed quote or pickup slot.

Where do you work?

The initial service plan focuses on Colorado. Send your city or ZIP so location and transport can be reviewed. Pickup and any freight arrangement must be specifically confirmed; nationwide onsite coverage is not promised.

Is pickup included?

The offer states the agreed pickup and handling scope. Disclose stairs, loading access, de-racking, rigging, after-hours work and freight needs before accepting. Any exceptional work or charge requires written agreement.

What happens to drives and other data-bearing equipment?

Identify drives, embedded storage and stored network configurations before transfer. Agree customer-retained media, verified prior sanitization records or a qualified partner route, including custody and charges. Choose Unsure if the status is unknown. We do not currently offer in-house erasure or certified destruction; equipment without a supported route is excluded.
