From inventory to payment.
Start with an equipment list or clear photos. Review the purchase amount, any project charges, media responsibilities and verification terms before agreeing to a transfer.

The process
01
Send the inventory
Send a spreadsheet, equipment list, or rack photos. Include models, quantities, condition, location, and whether drives are installed when you know those details.
02
We review the project
We review the models, quantities, condition, location and timing. Identify who owns the equipment and who is authorized to approve its sale or disposal.
03
You receive a written offer
The preliminary offer identifies purchase value, separate charges, exclusions and the net payment or fee. It remains subject to the written verification and acceptance terms.
04
We schedule pickup
Confirm the location, access, labor, packing and schedule in writing. Stairs, de-racking, rigging, after-hours access and freight require specific review; pickup is not universally included.
05
We pick up the equipment
Both parties confirm the accepted assets and exclusions at handoff. Serial inventory and custody records are supplied when included in the written scope. Resolve media handling before transfer.
06
We verify and pay
Reconcile model, quantity, configuration and condition against the accepted offer. Payment follows asset verification under the written terms; material changes require your approval first.
07
We route the equipment
Each accepted item follows its agreed route. Non-core equipment and media need a confirmed destination and responsibilities; unresolved material is excluded before transfer.
Every offer has a stated outcome.
The written offer separates the purchase amount from agreed project charges. Review the net result and all assumptions before accepting. If verification reveals a material difference, approve a revised offer or use the agreed return/exclusion terms.
Payment to you
When the purchase amount exceeds agreed charges, the net settlement is paid to you after asset verification.
Zero-dollar transfer
When the purchase amount and agreed charges are equal, the accepted transfer has no net payment.
A stated project fee
When agreed charges exceed the purchase amount, the net fee is shown before you accept. Material without a confirmed route is excluded.
Agree the schedule and data responsibilities.
Response, pickup and settlement timing are confirmed in writing for the project. Payment is due after asset verification under the accepted terms. An inquiry does not reserve pickup or guarantee a purchase.
Treat unknown media as unsanitized, including embedded storage and network configurations. Before transfer, agree customer retention, verified prior sanitization or a qualified partner route. We do not currently offer in-house erasure or certified destruction. Exclude equipment if no supported route is confirmed.
