Acceptance and company identity

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ghdisposition.com and related website features operated by Greyhound Systems LLC, doing business as Greyhound Disposition (“Greyhound Disposition,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Website purpose

The website provides general information about our enterprise IT equipment purchasing and disposition services. Content is informational and may not reflect every service limitation, eligibility requirement, market condition, or transaction term. We may change, suspend, or discontinue website content or functionality at any time.

Offer requests are not binding agreements

Submitting equipment information, files, photographs, or contact details is a request for evaluation only. A website submission, conversation, preliminary estimate, or draft offer does not require either party to complete a transaction. A transaction becomes binding only when authorized representatives agree to a separate written agreement or other written terms that clearly state they are binding.

Separate transaction terms

Any equipment purchase, removal, freight, recycling, data-handling, or related project is governed by the applicable written offer, purchase agreement, statement of work, bill of sale, or other transaction documents—not solely by these website terms. Those documents may address ownership and authority to sell, inventory accuracy, inspection and repricing, accepted and excluded items, payment, pickup, risk of loss, data-bearing devices, environmental handling, export restrictions, warranties, indemnities, and other project-specific matters.

Information and files you submit

You represent that you have the right to provide all information and files you submit and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable law. Do not submit passwords, encryption keys, sensitive employee or customer records, protected health information, payment-card data, or content copied from equipment drives. You grant us permission to use submitted materials to evaluate and respond to your request and to administer a resulting transaction.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website to violate law; misrepresent your identity, authority, ownership, inventory, or equipment condition; submit malicious code; interfere with security or operation; scrape or copy the site through automated means without permission; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. We may restrict access or disregard submissions that appear abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or unsafe.

Intellectual property

The website’s design, text, graphics, branding, photographs, and other content are owned by Greyhound Systems LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for ordinary business evaluation and communication, but may not reproduce, publish, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit site content without written permission.

Third-party services

The website may rely on or link to services operated by third parties, including Framer and Formcarry. We do not control third-party websites, availability, security, or terms. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own policies.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Equipment values, timelines, pickup availability, and service descriptions may change and are not guaranteed unless included in a binding written agreement.

Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greyhound Systems LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or inability to use the website. You agree to defend and indemnify those parties from claims arising from your unlawful website use, your submitted materials, or your violation of these terms or another person’s rights. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so these provisions apply only to the extent allowed.

Governing law, changes, and severability

These website terms are governed by Colorado law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update them by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Transaction documents may contain different governing-law, venue, dispute, or liability terms and will control for that transaction.
