How the offer works
Give surplus server memory a clearly scoped purchase offer. Send readable labels and quantities by part number so capacity, generation, module type and condition can be evaluated together.
Start with an inventory or photos. Review a written scope showing the purchase amount, any project charges and the net payment or fee. Approved transfer is followed by verification and payment under the agreed terms; material changes require your approval. Media responsibilities must be settled before transfer, including embedded storage when relevant.
Part number before appearance
Similar-looking modules can differ in type and platform support. A readable exact label is more useful than a tray photographed from a distance.
Count matching modules
Group like part numbers and state the count in each group. Mixed bins need identification before their configuration is assumed.
Condition stays explicit
Share actual testing and visible damage. Do not label every module working because the source server once powered on.
Offer and settlement
The quote states purchase value, any agreed project charges and verification terms. Material count or specification differences require approval before settlement.
Equipment and acceptance
ECC server memory is the focus. Send the exact part numbers for review; generation and current demand affect eligibility, so no DDR generation is automatically accepted.
Keep DDR generation, capacity, speed and module type with each line. RDIMM, LRDIMM and other module types must be identified accurately rather than treated as interchangeable.
Separate tested working modules from untested, damaged or mixed material. Consumer memory and unidentified parts are outside any automatic purchase commitment.
How to identify your equipment
Photo example: place one module label-up on a clean, nonconductive surface and take a straight-on, glare-free image. The entire label and part number should be readable without digital guessing.
Add a wider photo showing each like-part group and its quantity. Keep unlike part numbers in separate groups even when capacity or appearance matches.
What to send
For each part number, provide manufacturer, capacity per module, DDR generation, speed, module type, quantity and test status. Copy label text when a specification is uncertain.
Include equipment city or ZIP, available packaging and timing. Report corrosion, cracked boards, missing components or other visible damage separately.
Which DDR generations do you buy?
Submit the exact ECC server-memory part numbers for review. Purchase eligibility depends on the module and current demand; this page does not guarantee acceptance of every generation.
Can I combine different capacities in one list?
Yes. Use separate lines for each exact part number, capacity, speed and module type, with a quantity for each. Do not combine dissimilar modules under a single assumed specification.
Are RDIMM and LRDIMM the same?
No. Keep the module type exactly as identified by its label or manufacturer specification. Matching capacity alone does not make two module types interchangeable.
Do untested modules qualify?
They can be evaluated as untested. State known history and damage; testing uncertainty affects the offer and may lead to exclusions.
Is there a minimum quantity or fixed price per GB?
No universal quantity threshold or price per GB is promised here. Submit your actual part numbers, counts, condition and location for a case-specific net offer.
